Single-Tower Drum Dryer
單塔轉(zhuǎn)鼓式干燥機(jī)采用TSA技術(shù),利用壓縮氣體熱量,對(duì)吸附后的吸附區(qū)域進(jìn)行加熱再生,經(jīng)過再生冷卻器冷卻后排出壓縮空氣中的水份;經(jīng)過吸附轉(zhuǎn)鼓后,可得到不高于常壓露點(diǎn)-20℃的干燥成品氣。該流程為連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),無切換吸附塔的過程。
The single-drum rotary dryer employs TSA (Temperature Swing Adsorption) technology, utilizing heat from compressed gas to regenerate the adsorption zones after adsorption. The moisture in the compressed air is removed via a regeneration cooler after cooling. After passing through the adsorption drum, the system delivers dry product gas with a dew point no higher than -20°C at atmospheric pressure. This process operates continuously without requiring switching between adsorption towers.
